Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge of �4.75 covers the majority of postcodes on the UK mainland. Please contact us for postage to other areas. Despatch will be by Royal Mail or by contracted carriers for multiple purchases. Free delivery is available on orders of 2 or more units and delivery charge will be automatically deducted from the total price of your order at checkout on the Web Site. We aim to despatch goods within 3 � 5 working days.

You can have your Goods delivered either to your own address or to an alternative delivery address. Where we are unable to deliver the Goods due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery information we will not be held responsible for any losses you may incur as a result.

If you specify that the Goods can be left either with a third party or at an alternative location, once the Goods has been delivered either to you (or a third party in accordance with your instructions) you will become the owner of the Goods and as such responsibility of the Goods will pass to you. Save for our negligence, we will not accept any liability for any subsequent damage or disappearance of the item following delivery in accordance with your instructions.

International addresses and postcodes in more remote areas of the UK will incur an additional delivery charge (which will be reasonable to cover the actual costs incurred in delivering the Goods) please e-mail us for a delivery quote. However, this additional charge is not included in any free delivery offer.

We will make every effort to keep you informed of delivery information, we do not undertake to investigate delays until 10 days after the original, or revised communicated despatch date. We will only recognise that a delivery has failed after 28 days from the time of despatch.

If temporary unavailability of Goods on your order causes despatch to be delayed for more than 3 days, we will contact you to advise of estimated delivery date.

If EquineSpeedSkip receives no communication from you within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods with no problems.
